   I bought this because at the time, I was heavily into the music of the Final Fantasy series of videogames, and read somewhere that Nobuo Uematsu's use of leitmotifs for each character was inspired by Wagner's operas. So I went and bought this, assuming that their styles would be similar. I think you can guess how that one ended. I later took a short course in which we studied the entire Ring cycle of operas, and appreciated his music a little more when I could see it being performed. (Sorry about no umlauts in the track listings--I don't know the character codes to display them in HTML.)
