Radiohead
Kid A

For a long time I said I liked this album, because I really wanted to. The experimental nature was interesting, but there was something I felt was lacking. That "something" turned out to be the songs on Amnesiac, so now I can safely say that I don't care very much for this album as a whole. The two worthwhile songs here are How To Disappear Completely and Idioteque, which a friend of mine interestingly described as "the world's most desperate 'versus' track." Indeed, it does sound like a sonic struggle between the cold, clinical music and Thom Yorke's ever-slipping vocals, and it's a pretty chilling effect.
