The second Dummies album is even stranger than the first, except for when it's more normal. They tend to go further towards both extremes here, making this one more uneven than The Ghosts That Haunt Me. It's also a cleaner-sounding album, with lots of studio effects. Sometimes these are put to good use, as in "Two Knights and Maidens," sometimes they aren't, like "Swimming In Your Ocean." Although as I look over the track list now, I don't see any more standout disappointing songs, this seems for some reason to be weaker than the first album.
