This isn't just a waste of time or an attempt to make myself look important. I actually am interested in the answers here, so...knock yourselves out.

Oh, I also didn't post this just to raise my stats. I have #1 in most categories here simply because I get that bored. :B

So, the poll: What languages do you speak, and to what degree?

Here's my answers (this is the degree of detail I'm looking for, but of course you're free to answer in whatever way you want, including with fish):

English: fluent
Spanish: I've taken through Spanish IV, and I have a pretty good grasp on the language, but I lack a whole lot. Especially in the vocabulary department. And I think I'm starting to forget stuff. :B
Esperanto: I really need to keep working on it. I'm still fairly early in my studies of it, but I can pick up a lot, 'cause it takes so much from stuff like English and Spanish.
German: Very little. Just what I've picked up from some friends who took German I. I can put together simple stuff like "wo bist du," but that's about it. I can understand a bit more, especially when cognates are involved. :B
Japanese: Only what I've picked up from anime and you guys. A few words, very little grammar. And I can read one hiragana and one kanji character.
Other Romance Languages (Portuguese, Italian, French, etc.): What I can pick up from my knowledge of Spanish (and to a lesser degree, English and Esperanto). Can be a surprising amount sometimes.
Other Germanic Languages (Dutch, etc.): What I can pick up from my knowledge of English, and to a lesser degree, Esperanto (and German, I guess).
The Rest: Very little to none.
