Steiner, who for some reason is the only character who is referred to by his last name, is the hard-headed captain of the Knights of Pluto, in the service of Queen Brahne of Alexandria. His most recent assignment is to protect the queen's daughter, Garnet, from harm, and he is determined to show his loyalty to his queen at all costs.
